This article is the first of a series of contributes of AIAF Working Group on SRI, with the participation of Francesco Zaini and Davide Vassallo from consulting firm Arthur D. Little Spa and Francesco Versace, head of Avanzi SRI Research.
The aim of the Working Group is to contribute to the international discussion on the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility and to give financial investors some points of reflection on the implications of considering CSR within the traditional financial analysis.
Professor Daniela Carosio and her collaborators deepen the topic of corporate accountability and its relations with CSR, and subsequently the interaction of CSR and Corporate Governance. Then, the discussion moves towards responsible investments and financial analysis, giving finally examples of critical issues related to three specific industries: Oil & Gas, Banking and Telecommunications (Telcos).
